Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are available for defective or incorrect peptides within 30 days of delivery. Non-defective items are non-refundable due to the research-only nature of our products (per FDA/Singapore HSA/Cambodia MOH).
Custom Orders: Custom peptides, kits, or dosages (min $1,000) are non-refundable once processed, as they are tailored to your specifications.
Process: Contact support@zenixpeptides.com with order number and issue details within 30 days. We’ll issue a refund (credit card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency) within 7-10 business days upon verification.
Exceptions: No refunds for opened/used products or items detained by customs (see Shipping Policy below).
Returns
Eligibility: Returns accepted for defective/incorrect items within 30 days. Return shipping is free for verified defects.
Process: Email support@zenixpeptides.com for a return authorization (RA) number. Ship to our facility (address provided upon RA approval). Non-authorized returns are not accepted.
Custom Orders: Non-returnable due to bespoke nature.

100% Guarantee: We guarantee delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, and most European countries. If detained by customs, we resend the package for free (1 replacement per order).
80-95% Clearance Rate: Shipments to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Japan, and South Korea have an 80-95% customs clearance rate. If detained, a 30% fee of the order amount is required to resend (e.g., $100 order = $30 fee).
Tracking: Provided via email within 48 hours of shipment. Discreet packaging ensures compliance.
Lost/Damaged Orders: Contact support@zenixpeptides.com within 7 days of expected delivery for free replacement (US/UK/Europe) or resend with fee (other regions).
